Hello,

today i was updating my Novabackup as it was requested by the software it self. after updating the nsService.exe disappeared with out any reason at all and now it won't run because it can't find the NovaEngine that is required to run...

can anyone help me solve the problem?

should I reinstall the software?

Make sure to get your license number,
Uninstall NovaBACKUP and Reboot.
Delete All traces of NovaBACKUP including:
\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NovaStor\
\Program Files\NovaStor\
 
(optional)
Run Regedit and delete:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\FarStone
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NovaStor
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\NovaStor
 
Reboot,
Install fresh build:

http://filestore.novastor.com/Downloads/NovaBACKUP/Current/Setup-NB-Prof.exe
